Accepting Partners of EDC CANNOT provide discounts on products that have prices approved by the public authorities. (Toll-road disc, tobacco products, medicine, tickets, phone balance recharges, or prepaid cards, petroleum gas, newspaper, etc.)
The Accepting Partners of EDC are only bound to provide HALF of the discounts on an already discounted product (For example: they are bound to provide only 7,5% in case of a 15% discount.)
